Review A
I've read so many posts from fellow car owners before, which have been very beneficial. I've long wanted to write a car usage review to give back to fellow owners, but I'm lazy, typing is too hard, and my writing skills are limited, so I've procrastinated until now. Now, let's get to the point.
Car Price: You can refer to the car purchase post I published on the site. I bought it at a small low point, so I was secretly happy.
Exterior: It matches my low-key and reserved personality. The front face looks particularly cool with a low stance. It looks good from the front-side and rear-side angles. The side view has a big bulge, which affects the appearance and makes it not slender enough, but overall, it's good.
Acceleration: It's really good, and the driving experience is very light. There were a few times when I encountered traffic jams. After the traffic cleared, I didn't press the accelerator too hard when starting, but those gasoline cars behind got smaller and smaller in the rearview mirror until they disappeared. It felt quite奇妙.
Electricity Consumption: It must be said that it's very impressive. Look at the energy consumption screenshot: 9.7 kWh per 100 kilometers. Once, the battery dropped from full to 65% after driving more than 80 kilometers, which translates to a range of over 250 kilometers. This might be accidental and related to driving style, but it still says something.
Fuel Consumption: It feels okay. I've driven round trip from Zhengzhou to Beijing. On the highway at 120 km/h, the fuel consumption is about 5 liters per 100 kilometers. If the tank and battery are full and I don't drive aggressively, 1100 kilometers should be no problem. Ideally, 1300 kilometers should also be possible. For a car over 2 tons, this is already very good.
Intelligent Driving: I'm completely at ease, especially after the OTA update. I'm very satisfied. The automatic parking function feels very complete, and parallel parking is not ambiguous at all, even without parking lines.
Safety: The collision avoidance function saved my life. Once, when exiting an underground parking lot, I was stuck under a steep slope exit. After the car in front left, I forgot how to operate and couldn't drive away after折腾 for a long time. The car behind kept honking, and the more anxious I got, the more flustered I became. Finally, I somehow put it in reverse and stepped on the accelerator. The car rushed down the slope, scaring me out of my wits. But it didn't hit the car behind because it automatically emergency brakes to a stop when the speed is below 15 km/h. The car behind was probably also scared, anyway, it never honked again after that.
Comfort: I'm very satisfied personally. I haven't driven many really good cars. It's really quiet at low speeds, almost silent on good roads. Rear passengers said they felt晃动. Fellow owners in the group said that choosing Sport mode can greatly alleviate this. After the OTA update, this problem should be不大 now. There's a balance between晃动 and颠簸; you can't have both.
Disadvantages:
Road Noise: The Han L's double-layer glass has very good sound insulation. But road noise is loud at high speeds and on poor road conditions, which I personally can't accept (I have high requirements for music listening quality). This is probably mainly related to the tires, not much to do with the car body. It's said that the factory tire brand is random; mine is Bridgestone. Michelin's quiet tires should be much better.
There's no remote one-key window opening function for the whole car, which is a complaint. I think this function is really practical, with the best effect for quickly cooling down on hot days. I hope BYD can optimize this in the next OTA update.
HUD: The displayed content is偏少. I hope to add information such as the current YunNian state and remaining battery power. I hope OTA can optimize this.
Just to clarify, I haven't driven many cars, so some points may inevitably be subjective. Overall, this is really a good car, and I'm very satisfied. After comparing the Xingyao 8, Fengyun A9, and Lynk & Co 10 EMP, these mid-to-large plug-in hybrid sedans, if I had to choose again now, I would still choose this one. The current poor sales of this car are caused by multiple factors, and I feel sorry for the BYD brand.
Review B
The overall experience was very good, from ordering the car to picking it up, it took about a week. When choosing a car, I looked at quite a few models, such as Zeekr 001, Zeekr 007, Zeekr 7x, Zeekr 007gt, Leopard 5, and the old Han DMI Elite Edition, etc. However, regarding the money, I fully听从 my father, and he preferred hybrid vehicles, so I didn't consider others. Previously, I was looking at the Lynk & Co 08 EMP 120 Halo, but unfortunately, Lynk & Co wasn't up to par, and the 08 was even worse, with no resource allocation, the infotainment system and HUD were a mess, plus factors like comprehensive discounts, so I gave up on it. In terms of price, the 08 was 40,000 yuan cheaper than the Han L, but after comprehensive consideration, I still chose to buy the new one rather than the old, and finally bought the Han L. It's been half a month since I picked up the car, and I've already driven hundreds of kilometers, mostly in urban areas and counties. Acceleration, deceleration, and cornering, the overall driving experience is very good. Previously, I drove my dad's ten-year-old Teana, so my intuitive feeling is the comparison between these two cars. Let's talk about the comfort features. The massage and ventilation functions of the front seats are also very good. Although the intelligence level of the infotainment system doesn't reach T0 level, T1-2 is definitely achievable. The space performance is also very good. I compared it with my friend's Mercedes-Benz E300. Other aspects like fuel consumption and electricity consumption are also very satisfactory. In short, as my first car that belongs to me in life, I am very satisfied with it, and I hope it can accompany me all the way!
Review C
I've been following it for a long time. It's a really great model. I chose the Streaming Silver exterior with the Yunjin Gray interior, which looks very nice (♥∀♥), and the power is excellent.
【Least Satisfied】
Probably the price! After all, with BYD, buying early means enjoying early, buying late means enjoying discounts, and old owners feel severely "stabbed in the back". But as long as you like it, go for it boldly and don't overthink.
【Driver Assistance】
Haven't used it yet, haven't taken the exam or studied, so I won't introduce it here.
【Charging Time】
Slow charging takes more than 4 hours, after all, it's a 39kWh battery.
【Range and Energy Consumption】
It's been a bit hot in Chongqing recently. With the air conditioning set to 25 degrees and fan speed 3-4, a full charge can last about 170-180 kilometers. Haven't tried a full tank of fuel and full charge yet.
【Smart Cockpit】
I bought the lowest configuration, and I think it's more than enough. The rear control screen and such are useless to me.
【Exterior】
The Streaming Silver exterior is really ❤️ beautiful, especially showing different effects indoors, outdoors, and under the sun, with a great texture.
【Interior】
I chose Yunjin Gray. In fact, darker colors are less likely to show dirt, and Yunjin Gray is very nice.
