In the end, I still chose the Little 7 because the price is right, the configuration is sufficient, and it's an SUV! My first car was an Arrizo 5, which I drove 100,000 kilometers without any breakdowns, so I have a good impression of Chery! I already owned a sedan, so I wanted a more imposing car! Ultimately, the main reason was for a license plate quota; the限行 policy is really annoying!
I was born in 1999, and the second child is coming soon, so I thought changing to a larger space would be better! Coincidentally, my job involves business trips, so usually, when I have nothing to do, it's very comfortable to take a nap and blow the air conditioning in the car. I don't need to feel心疼 about the fuel cost like before! Charging with my salary is also great!

1. Let's first talk about the pure electric range that everyone is most concerned about. I'm in Guangzhou. The coldest weather recently was 3 degrees Celsius. I started with a displayed pure electric range of 75 kilometers, actually drove 80 kilometers, and the display still showed 13 kilometers remaining. Chery's pure electric range is very reliable, basically reaching a 1:1 ratio. When the weather is warm, it can basically run more than 100 kilometers in pure electric mode. (The weather in Guangzhou is relatively warm, so heating is rarely used. Temperature has a very big impact on pure electric range.) I basically use pure electric mode for daily commuting in the city and HEV mode for long-distance trips. The energy consumption is maintained at around 14-15. Calculated at the commercial charging rate of 1 yuan per kilowatt-hour, the average cost per kilometer is about 0.15 yuan. 2. In terms of power, what I actually like most is that Chery provides sufficient power redundancy. There's not much to say about pure electric mode. When the engine intervenes, even when reaching 120 km/h, there's still a very easy power output feeling, and you不知不觉 end up speeding. 3. In terms of intelligence, there is a situation where the steering wheel is grabbed when lane centering and deviation occur. I don't really trust the direction correction of the intelligent pilot. I always feel that the computer's judgment is different from mine. Unless the road conditions are very good, I still prefer to control the vehicle myself. The infotainment system crashed once before. When reversing with the 360-degree camera, the infotainment system collapsed and the screen went completely black. It didn't affect driving, but it was quite annoying. The infotainment system is slow to respond and also slow to start. Now I basically connect CarPlay and rely on the phone's computing power. 4. In terms of space, the car looks very big, but the internal space is just够用 (gòuyòng - sufficient). Chery's space utilization is not very good. Many designs take up unnecessary space. Everyone can go to the store to experience it and see if it suits them. 5. In terms of the chassis, it's still tuned towards comfort. It gives you strong confidence on the highway, but after driving for a while, I always feel that the chassis is not as tight as when I first picked up the car.

【Driving Experience】Also adopting front MacPherson and rear multi-link suspension, Chery's tuning is really impressive. On the test drive day, it rained heavily, and when driving on the highway at a speed exceeding 100km/h, the chassis still provided a solid and reliable sense of support. There were even two emergency braking situations, and it slowed down steadily. In addition, the steering damping and steering travel are relatively natural and linear, not much different from the sibling fuel version models. Therefore, compared with its peers, the Tiggo 7 New Energy Champion Edition can be regarded as an excellent student in terms of chassis handling among green license vehicles. In terms of fuel consumption, we drove smoothly on the expressway and highway that day. The battery was about 80% when we set off, and the displayed energy consumption recorded by taking photos in the later part of the test drive was 5.8L/100km. In terms of the hybrid system, Chery's 9-mode 11-speed, dual-motor 3-speed DHT hybrid system benefits from the P2+P2.5 motor architecture, allowing both motors to participate in driving. Official data shows that the 0-100km/h acceleration is about 7 seconds, and the 30-70km/h acceleration is about 3 seconds. The actual driving experience is that there is a back-pushing feeling in the initial stage, and the acceleration feeling is slightly insufficient above 100km/h, but it is better than the 1.5T pure fuel version model. In terms of the infotainment system, the test drive vehicle is the top configuration model, equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 chip, all applications respond quickly, and it supports wireless CarPlay. Chery is indeed willing to invest in costs. As for the mid-to-low configuration models, the configuration list shows that they are not equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 chip, and their actual performance remains to be tested. There are some aspects that need to be tolerated when purchasing the Tiggo 7 New Energy Champion Edition. This article uses the experience of this test drive vehicle as an example to illustrate. Special note: The temporary license plate of the test drive vehicle is a "test" license plate, and it is not ruled out that it may be a pre-production vehicle. Chery fans are requested to comment rationally. You can clearly feel the gear switching, note that it is "can feel". That is, there is a sound coming from the engine compartment, or a feeling during power conversion in the acceleration process. There is no significant jitter, but you can feel it at any time.
