    Review A

Compared with the Tesla Model Y at home, the comfort of the suspension of this car has been greatly improved. The sound insulation is okay. Below 90 km/h, only tire noise can be heard. It drives very much like a Lexus. It's just an average car. The assisted driving doesn't have so many fancy features. It is equipped with lane keeping and adaptive cruise control. There's no sense of abruptness when dealing with cut - ins and speed - ups. The tuning in this aspect is worthy of praise. The adaptive matrix headlights are great. Although they can't make those who abuse high - beams close their eyes, the driving experience is wonderful. When the high - beams are automatically turned on, a certain group of lamp beads can be individually turned off to avoid dazzling the vehicle in front or on the oncoming lane. When driving on the highway, it projects a beam of light onto the road signs.

The interior is quite delicate. The electrolytic glass of the sunroof has excellent heat - insulation and sun - protection effects, completely solving the problem of the sunroof getting over - exposed to the sun. It's much better than Tesla's so - called non - sun - exposed sunroof. The seats and door panels are wrapped in suede, which feels very comfortable to the touch and doesn't have the problem of being hot in summer and cold in winter like leather seats.

The charging power is just average, barely passing. The car can't display the real - time charging power, only telling you the remaining time to reach 80% and 100% charge.
The range is worth talking about. The range is a bit like that of Audi or BMW's electric vehicles. It shows the real - time range. For example, when the air - conditioner is turned off, the remaining range changes immediately. Compared with the value calculated by Tesla using average power consumption, I think this calculation method is more accurate and practical.
The overall space of the car is acceptable. It's definitely enough for a family of three, but don't expect to go on long - distance trips. There's no spare tire, and I'm not confident about its charging adaptability. The after - sales service is at least no match for Tesla's. The staff at the 400 service center don't even know how to unlock the slow - charging gun. I'm really speechless.
This car supports digital keys. You can use your phone instead of the car key and remotely start the air - conditioner and set the temperature. However, there's still room for improvement in terms of sensitivity and stability.

    Review B

    ¡¾Car Purchase Experience¡¿
Initially, considering the preferential policies for overseas returnees, I thought about SAIC Audi A7L, Audi Q6, and the Li L9, which has been heavily criticized online but still leads in sales. However, the first car I went to learn about and test-drive was the RZ. Although I wasn't the one who test-drove it on the first visit, and I'm not a fan of Japanese cars, let alone Lexus, with little interest in researching it. Unexpectedly, after more than a month of looking, I finally chose the Lexus RZ450e. It's quite an unusual fate.
    ¡¾Driving Experience¡¿
What finally made me decide to buy was my own test-drive. I was really shocked to find that what the salesperson said about the so-called "oneness of man and car" was not an exaggeration at all. When you drive this car, you don't feel like you're operating it. Instead, it's like "I want to go forward, and then I go forward." A month ago, when my family member was test-driving and the salesperson mentioned the oneness of man and car, I scoffed while sitting in the back row. I really didn't expect that when I test-drove it myself...
First of all, its pedals are very sensitive. It's not the kind of sensitivity where it zooms out as soon as you tap the pedal (even though it can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 5.3 seconds). Instead, it provides kinetic energy according to how hard you step on the pedal, precisely meeting your speed requirements. In non-sport mode (adjustable in the system), it drives very smoothly, with unnoticeable tire noise. The double-layered glass isolates you from the noise of the busy city. The steering wheel is made of high-quality material, and it feels like stroking your lover's skin. The Direct 4 system ensures that even when driving fast on a rainy road, the car doesn't easily skid. It's so stable that it's almost like you're part of the car.
    ¡¾Fuel Consumption¡¿
The Lexus RZ450e is a new all-electric vehicle launched by Lexus, actively responding to the country's new energy policy and the national ban on fuel vehicles by 2030. Moreover, all Lexus stores across the country offer free charging services. You can just go there and enjoy the service. You can relax in the VIP lounge, get a massage, have a drink, take a nap, or watch a movie or read a book to kill the charging time. If you think it's too much trouble, you can also charge it in your own garage. It costs at most 70 or 80 yuan a month. Compared with the 1,800 yuan monthly fuel cost of a gasoline car at the same price range, I'm quite satisfied.
This is a matter of consumer psychology. Some people may think that with more than 400,000 yuan, they can buy a good gasoline car, or they can buy a similar gasoline car for a few thousand yuan less. However, the feeling of having to pay for fuel every month is really unpleasant. It's heartbreaking to see people trying every means to save fuel because of the anxiety caused by fuel consumption when driving every day. ??
    ¡¾Range¡¿
Due to the Japanese people's meticulousness and conservatism, the declared range and the actual range of this car are the opposite of other cars. The standard range of the Lexus RZ450e is 470 km, while the actual range is 520 km, with a hidden range of 50 km (under normal circumstances without considering the owner's driving habits). It's very feasible to drive within the province and travel between cities. There won't be any range anxiety with a 520-km range under such conditions. It's also suitable for long-distance trips. The RZ offers high-level service. Owners can rent a gasoline car from a Lexus 4S store for free for 15 days every year. (The after-sales service of the RZ is very valuable, which will be mentioned later.)
    ¡¾Riding Experience¡¿
As an owner, it's hard for me to evaluate the riding experience. All I can say is that the seats are very comfortable and feel great to the touch. The front seats come with ventilation and heating functions, and you can adjust the air cushion to support your waist, reducing driving fatigue. You don't need to bring a backrest at all. When I go out on business, my female colleagues always like to ride in my car, which I think proves the comfortable riding experience.
    ¡¾Sales Attitude¡¿
The salespeople are quite patient. Every time I went, I could test-drive the car on the spot.£¬ Even the sales director personally served us in the end. It's really quite good. In addition, there are ten exclusive privileges for the noble RZ450e owners:
    1. All Lexus dealerships across the country offer airport pick-up services, just like the treatment for bosses.
    2. When traveling to Hainan, you can enjoy the service of using 10 different types of vehicles for free after arriving at Haikou or Sanya airports.
    3. You have priority to enjoy the free replacement vehicle service (L series models) provided by the dealership, ensuring worry-free car use.
    4. There is a high-value repurchase commitment. This is where the Lexus RZ shows its greatest confidence. It believes that you will definitely be satisfied with this car. If not, they are willing to repurchase the car at a 10% discount in the first year (with a 10% reduction each year until the fourth year), with a very high resale value.
    5. You will receive exclusive butler service. A dedicated butler will take full responsibility for your car, which is very worry-free.
    6. You can enjoy maintenance and repair services without queuing and get your car back fully charged (they even want to charge it for you). You also have priority to participate in high-end owner events held regularly.
    7. You can park and charge your car for free at 265 Lexus dealerships across the country. Owners can enter the VIP lounge and enjoy various services while waiting for the battery to be fully charged.
    8. There is a 6-year, 150,000-km full-vehicle warranty and a 10-year, 200,000-km warranty for the three electric systems.
    9. You will get a free charging pile and free installation (this is available for all electric vehicles, so I won't elaborate).
    10. You can use the car networking service for free for 6 years, and the subsequent service fee is very affordable.

    Review C

I used to drive a BMW all the time. Occasionally, there would be some minor problems. Personally, I didn't find it very worry-free. So this time, I chose Lexus. Many of my friends around me drive ES, NX, UX, and RX models. They've been using them for several years and all say they're worry-free. Apart from refueling and going back for regular maintenance, there are no other issues.
So I was immediately tempted. Just then, I saw this RZ. Originally, I planned to buy the top - of - the - line version. Its configuration is much richer than that of the mid - level version. However, the top - end version only has a range of 455 kilometers, while the mid - level version has a range of 520 kilometers. So in the end, I still chose the mid - level version. Later, after seeing the reviews posted by other car owners, I realized that the top - end version is actually a better choice. When driving in the city with a home charging pile, the range difference of 520 - 455 = 65 kilometers isn't actually that significant.
I've had the car for a few months. With the air - conditioner on, the range is about 370 kilometers, and without the air - conditioner, it's about 460 kilometers. I've taken two short trips. The round - trip distance was 400 kilometers, and I only needed to charge the car once on the way. When driving at a speed of around 100 kilometers per hour, the actual range is similar to what's shown on the dashboard.
When using the assisted driving function on the highway with automatic car - following, it's really comfortable to drive.
