Review A
1. Appearance: No need to elaborate. It turns heads when on the road. Maybe people haven't seen this brand before. Several passers-by came to ask me about it.
2. Intelligence: Most functions can be voice-controlled, so it's relatively intelligent. But sometimes it's too sensitive and will respond even when you don't call it.
Endurance: I haven't driven it much yet. The CLTC range is 530 kilometers, and the WLTC range drops directly to 430 kilometers. So in winter with the air - conditioner on, the actual range is about 360 kilometers. For those who need to travel long distances or have trouble charging, it's recommended to choose the extended - range version directly. (I personally can accept it because I set my expectations from the start).
Complaints: ¢Ù There are really some problems with the key. You can't press it when you're too far away, and it unlocks automatically when you're too close. When I parked the car by the roadside to have breakfast, it kept locking and unlocking repeatedly... ¢Ú The car body is really a bit big. You have to pay extra attention to pedestrians every time, especially when reversing or passing other cars. ¢Û The front seats are not very comfortable. The sitting position is too high, especially in the driver's seat. I always hit my head on the sun visor. ¢Ü There's some tire noise on the highway. Even people who don't know much about cars can hear it. (When test - driving, you can find a road where you can drive over 80 km/h to test the tire noise). ¢Ý There's no light on the vanity mirror of the sun visor. ¢Þ The steering wheel makes your hands sweat easily and has no heating function. ¢ß The audio performance is average. (If you have a sufficient budget, you can choose to upgrade it directly).
However, I can accept these problems within my budget. If you're looking to buy a car, focus on the models you like. By the way, I'd like to recommend the Deepal SL03. It's really cool.

¡¾Driving Experience¡¿
Overall, the experience surpasses that of fuel-powered vehicles in the same class. My car was manufactured on December 12th, 2022. Although it doesn't have many physical buttons, it's easy to get the hang of, with a low learning curve. It gives a better feeling than small-displacement turbocharged engines when accelerating and overtaking, but there's still a gap compared to the mainstream 2.0T engines. The roll control is decent. After all, it's a rear-wheel-drive vehicle. There's no slippage when accelerating at full throttle, and the starting and braking postures are good, with a linear acceleration feeling. However, the torque and power of the range-extended version are still average. There's a sense of being pushed back into the seat, but it's not as strong as expected. Essentially, it's still a commuter car and doesn't quite fit the sporty profile. Many car owners have mentioned issues with the suspension. There's a bouncing phenomenon with the suspension, and the road feel is fuzzy, with a tuning similar to that of American cars. It's especially worth noting that when driving at 80 - 90 km/h on wet roads, there have been situations where the braking was weak. At that time, the tire pressure was 2.6, and the braking on the car system was set to the standard mode. The braking force in the early stage was not obvious, which couldn't give the driver enough confidence. The driver needed to step on the brake at least three-quarters of the way down to achieve obvious deceleration. After adjusting the braking to the sport mode, the situation improved slightly and was barely acceptable. Currently, I've been using the custom mode.
¡¾Most Dissatisfied¡¿
1. The acceleration time doesn't reach the official claim of 7.5 seconds. It usually takes over 8 seconds in daily driving, about one second slower. The power is lower than that of the 2.0T engines in mainstream Class B cars. The 515 version performs better, while the range-extended version is rather average.
2. The issue of unprovoked braking. It's a problem with the "Automatic Emergency Braking" function: it intervenes in braking when there's no need, which can actually be dangerous! I've driven nearly 5000 kilometers so far, and the sporadic "ghost braking" has occurred twice. This is the most disappointing aspect. I've received an OTA update, and it hasn't happened again for now.
3. The brake tuning is average. When the battery level is higher than 90%, the kinetic energy recovery is turned off. At this time, the braking force in the early stage is insufficient, and the driver needs to get used to it more. Otherwise, there's a risk of untimely braking, which poses a safety hazard.
4. The price issue, which everyone understands.
5. The workmanship and materials are still average. There's still hard plastic above the dashboard. The rear seats don't have ventilation and heating functions, and the car system only has an 8 + 64 configuration available. Although it's not a major problem, it's still worth mentioning to friends who haven't bought the car.
6. The optional SONY audio system has a dull and lackluster low - frequency performance, with insufficient sense of depth. The vocals are quite natural, but the overall listening experience is mediocre and lower than expected.
¡¾Fuel Consumption¡¿¡¾Range¡¿
I'm combining these two items because I'm quite satisfied with both. My main driving scenarios are medium and short - distance highways and urban areas. When using pure electricity in the economy or comfort mode, the energy cost (calculated based on my use of only commercial charging piles at 0.77 yuan per kilowatt - hour) is about 0.12 yuan per kilometer. When fully charged, the WLTC range shows over 180 kilometers, and the range is quite reliable with little difference. When the battery is low, the sound of the range extender starting is acceptable; when there's still electricity, the range extender will also intervene occasionally during rapid acceleration, which is also acceptable. I haven't paid special attention to the fuel consumption when the battery is depleted. The display shows about 5 liters. The highway range is also okay. In winter when it rains, when the WLTC range shows 180 kilometers, the actual range is estimated to be over 140 kilometers. Usually, I'll make sure there's enough fuel before driving on the highway. The fast - charging power is generally not high. Currently, I'm using a 120 kW commercial charging pile. The actual charging power is usually about 30 kW, with a peak of about 35 kW. After reaching 80% charge, it doesn't exceed 15 kW. The charging speed is average. It takes about an hour to fully charge using fast charging, and the longest time in winter was 75 minutes.
¡¾Space Performance¡¿
Although a large amount of soft - wrapping materials are used, some details still expose problems. For example, the areas on both sides of the center console where the legs and knees rest are covered with hard plastic instead of soft - wrapping. The force of the seatbelt retraction is too weak. The width and length of the rear seat cushion are good, but the height is low, and the sitting posture needs to be adjusted to get better leg support. I'm 175 cm tall, and the space doesn't feel crowded. The trunk performance is also okay, and there are plenty of storage spaces inside the car. However, my wife said that there's no vanity mirror light in the passenger seat, which doesn't meet the needs of women. Regarding NVH, I personally think it's okay. During the 5000 - kilometer driving, I drove nearly 1000 kilometers on the highway before and didn't encounter obvious wind noise. I'm using the original Giti P10 tires, and the tire noise is acceptable and not too loud.
Review C
1. Appearance: The appearance really meets the aesthetic standards of young people. My wife and I were instantly attracted by the front face. Since I picked up the car early, it often turns heads when I drive on the road. Especially when I went to get the car filmed, several old men asked me if this sports car was really nice and must be very expensive. I could only smile and say it was okay. Many people complain that the rear design is a drawback, but I personally think it's quite good. The only drawback in terms of appearance is the frameless doors. The front-row frameless doors do look good, on par with those of sports cars. However, the rear windows can't be fully rolled down into the doors, so when showing the car to friends, I can only let them look at the front row.
2. Interior: Now I really regret not waiting for the white or red interior. Although the black interior is more stain-resistant, we were just too eager to experience the new car. The overall interior is simple and elegant. A sunflower-shaped rotating screen covers almost all functions. The panoramic sunroof provides a great view for rear passengers, but unfortunately, as an old driver, I can't feel it while driving. In other aspects, I think it's just average. It has a strong sense of technology, but the materials used are just so-so. It's worth praising that the new car has very little odor, so those with kids don't need to worry too much. This is also one of the reasons why I dared to sell my previous car right away.
3. Configuration: The configuration of new energy vehicles is really rich and full of a sense of technology. But for me, who loves driving, the number of configurations doesn't matter much. As long as it can ensure normal driving and safety, it's enough. In fact, I haven't used many of the configuration functions.
4. Space: The space is excellent. When I bought the car, I was attracted by its large space with a wheelbase of 2900mm. Especially in the back row, there's about a distance of three fists between the rear passengers and the front seats after sitting down. But I also need to remind all car owners that due to the design of the hatchback sports car, the internal headroom needs to be experienced in person. Friends over 185cm tall should consider the feeling of headroom. As the saying goes, it's still quite suitable for people in Chongqing (you know the height of Chongqing men).
5. Range: Finally, let's talk about the point that everyone is most concerned about. All the extended-range batteries are from CATL. Under the CLTC working condition, the pure-electric range is 234 kilometers when fully charged. The range extender will start when the battery level drops to about 45 kilometers. That means the theoretical practical pure-electric range is about 180 kilometers. It's completely fine for normal commuting. I've driven nearly 4000 kilometers. According to my test, when the speed is below 80km/h and functions like navigation and music are normally turned on, the mileage can be 1:1. When the speed is maintained between 80 - 100km/h, the range is about 90% of the theoretical value; when it's between 100 - 120km/h, the range is about 75%; when it exceeds 120km/h, it's basically only 60%. I think this range performance is quite normal, basically consistent with other tests. Also, I'm not quite sure how big the fuel tank is. After picking up the car, besides the fuel given at the factory, I added another 200 yuan worth of fuel, and it still hasn't been used up after almost two months. I'm even worried that the fuel might go bad.
6. Intelligence: The whole car supports voice control, which is very convenient. Unfortunately, it's not the most important thing for me, and sometimes the intelligent voice seems a bit stupid.
7. Driving experience: The acceleration is very fast. I'm the most eye-catching one when starting at traffic lights. At the same time, the acceleration of the electric vehicle is linear. When you step on the accelerator hard, the sense of pushback is comparable to that of a 3.0T performance car. The steering wheel is tuned to be on the lighter side, with good controllability and very flexible turning. One thing to complain about is that when passing through bumpy roads, the passengers inside the car are more likely to feel the up-and-down shaking.
