In the weather in Guangdong, when the temperature is 12 degrees Celsius, its maximum range is only about 300 kilometers. When it has run about 260 kilometers, you have to look for a charging pile. When the temperature is around 17 degrees Celsius, the range should be able to reach about 380 kilometers. The above ranges are under the condition that the speed does not exceed 75 kilometers per hour. I wonder if the range test by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology is conducted in the hottest days of summer, at a speed of 50 kilometers per hour and without turning on the air - conditioner. It is still recommended that tests should be carried out in both summer and winter, and the results should be listed for consumers to see.
Electric vehicles are different from fuel - powered vehicles. Electric vehicles consume more electricity when driven fast, while fuel - powered vehicles consume less fuel when driven fast. If I could choose again: if I have to travel a long distance every day, I would choose a fuel - powered vehicle; like I do now, traveling 100 to 300 kilometers every day, I would still choose an electric vehicle, because it only costs 0.3 yuan per kilowatt - hour to charge at midnight.
