    Review A

    # XPeng Mona 03
    * Regarding car reservation
I made a small deposit on August 23rd, a large deposit after the press conference at 9 p.m. on August 27th, picked up the car in the afternoon of September 4th, and completed all the procedures on September 5th. When picking up the car, apart from the official benefits, I was only given a small pendant.
    ¡ï Regarding charging and range
I bought the low - end model in black with 18 - inch wheels. When fully charged, it shows a range of 400 kilometers (outdoor temperature is 38 degrees, in - car air - conditioning is set at 25 degrees, and there is basically only one person in the car). The actual range differs within 20 kilometers. I don't usually pay attention to the power consumption. Here is a screenshot for you to see.
So far, I've used XPeng's super - charging once (cost 28.13 yuan). It took half an hour to charge from 40% to 95%. I've also used home charging during off - peak hours once (the electricity price is 0.43 yuan per kilowatt - hour, charged 49 kilowatt - hours, cost 21 yuan, which is almost free). It took 8 hours to charge from 15% to 100%. Additionally, the Bull charger I bought from JD cost 2600 yuan after all expenses, which is cheaper than the official one.
The included floor mats are just okay. I installed the sunshade for 5 days and then removed it. I felt it was unnecessary. The heat insulation of the top glass is really good.
    ¡ï Regarding driving and handling
I've driven over 700 kilometers in half a month on cement roads, asphalt roads, cobblestone roads, and highways. Except for some very old asphalt roads where the low - frequency noise is quite obvious, other tire and wind noises are not noticeable. (I've driven a Toyota Corolla for 6 years, and alternated between a Buick Excelle and an Audi Q3 for 3 years. I think the tire and wind noises of this car are much better than those of the Q3.) The acceleration from 0 to 30 is strong, from 30 to 60 is extremely fast, and from 60 to 110 is also okay. So it's really cool to overtake cars in daily driving. But if you want to compete with others at the start, you'll probably lose. The shock absorption is great. I don't know what kind of plate it is, but the experience of going over speed bumps is better than that of the Q3. It's also very stable on the highway and feels sporty.
    ¡ï Regarding intelligent driving
I've tried it on highways, expressways, and village roads. It can start as long as there are lane lines. Each attempt usually doesn't last more than 20 minutes. The overall experience is unconvincing. Firstly, it tends to brake suddenly when the vehicle in front slows down. Secondly, it reminds you to turn the steering wheel slightly every few minutes.
The forward collision warning is excellent, a million times better than that of the Q3. The trigger success rate is relatively high. Once, I almost rear - ended a car, and it braked at the same time as me. While I was stepping on the brake, it also intervened. (I have 10 years of driving experience and have only had one accident.) The lane - change warning is triggered 100% of the time. The rear - collision warning is also very sensitive, but it won't trigger the braking to stop. I reversed into a motorcycle tire at my hometown, luckily without leaving a mark.
The lane - keeping and lane - departure functions are not useful. There are problems with recognition, and it even grabs the steering wheel. I've turned them off.
    ¡ï Regarding space
There is no problem with the front seats and the passenger seat. A 175 - cm - tall person can sit very comfortably. However, when getting into the driver's seat, if your posture is wrong, your leg may hit the steering wheel, and there is a problem with the easy - entry function of the car system. In the back row, a 175 - cm - tall person will not be comfortable. The seat cushion is too short, the backrest is too straight, and the head almost touches the roof. I used official points to buy two seat cushions. I originally planned to use them in the front row, but it was actually uncomfortable with them. They fit perfectly in the back row.

    Review B

At the end of my 26th year, I happily got my first car in life.
As I have a need to travel, I've been looking at cars since the end of last year. There wasn't a suitable electric car until the release of the Mona 03. Immediately, I placed an order at 11 a.m. on August 27th, the day of the product launch. I picked up the car at 8:30 a.m. on September 4th, which is today. I finished all the procedures by 11:30 a.m. and started heading home. The delivery specialist from XPeng explained everything in great detail and finally drove the car onto the main road for me. It's been a year since I got my driver's license and this was my first time on the road. The whole 10 - km journey home took me 30 minutes. The car is very easy to drive (in comfort mode with low energy recovery). Compared with the BYD E3 at the driving school at the end of last year, the accelerator pedal is very sensitive and it's very easy to follow other cars. The brakes respond exactly as you press, and the braking distance is long and comfortable. When you turn on the turn signal before changing lanes, it will give an alarm if there's a car approaching from the side. The car was very nimble throughout the journey and there were no unexpected situations. Also, I quickly got used to the speed and gear display, and I don't think I'll use the gifted points to buy the official rear - installed dashboard. When I drove the car into the underground parking lot, I couldn't park it in after ten minutes of trying on my own. Then I used the parking assist and got it parked in less than two minutes, which was really a pleasant surprise. Overall, this car is very much worth recommending at this time.

    Review C

I have a car of the 515 version. Personally, I think it can run about 370 kilometers in the urban area when it's almost fully charged. The air - conditioner is set to the first gear, the turn signals are on, the music is playing, and the power regeneration is set to high.
Advantages: The trunk has a large space. The music effect is good. The car infotainment system is not stupid. The voice communication is smooth. The built - in map of the car infotainment system also works well. The car comes with 5G data per month, which is enough for listening to music. The VIP of the music software on the car infotainment system is compatible with that on the mobile phone.
When you turn on the turn signal, the display screen will show if there are any cars on the side you are turning to. The memory seats are very convenient! The low - and high - beam headlights and windshield wipers can be automatically activated.
It not only supports intelligent parking but also has good vehicle controllability. I got my driver's license more than a year ago and hadn't driven for a long time. Even someone like me could directly drive from Wuhan back to Ezhou.
Disadvantages: The forward collision prevention system is too sensitive. Personally, I think the rear - seat space is slightly smaller than that of other cars. After all, it's a Class A car. The car has a strong sense of bumping when driving on a potholed road.
Conclusion: Personally, I think the advantages of the car outweigh the disadvantages, and it's cost - effective. Moreover, it supports 400V fast charging. You can charge it to 50% while having a meal.
