Review A
【Space Performance】
The passenger compartment space is extremely satisfying, but the trunk space is really small, and there's a refrigerator blocking it. Overall, I give it 4 points.
【Range and Energy Consumption】
I've been commuting for a week now, averaging 18km per day. I'm quite satisfied with the pure electric energy consumption. After using 80%, there's still 30% left after a week, so charging once a week is enough. I haven't driven much in hybrid mode yet, so I'm not sure about the specific fuel consumption, but it feels like the hybrid fuel consumption is not low, after all, it's a nearly 3-ton car. Overall, 4 points.
【Driver Assistance】
Currently, Z9 hasn't received updates for automatic parking, urban intelligent driving, or sentinel mode. The intelligent driving is basically non-existent, so I can only give 3 points for now. I'll see if I can change the score after experiencing the subsequent updates.
【Intelligent Cockpit】
I previously drove a 2023 A6, and switching to this feels like going from a feature phone to a smartphone. There are so many good aspects that I'm too lazy to elaborate; I'll just give it 5 points without explanation.
【Interior】
The interior luxury is really strong. Almost all visible areas are wrapped in leather and wood grain. Sitting in my previous A6 again really feels plasticky. However, some people might think the interior is a bit old-fashioned, but I don't feel that way. Instead, I think it's quite stable and imposing.
【Most Satisfying】
I'm extremely satisfied with the entire car. Even though it's only a year apart from the 2023 A6, in terms of handling, interior, intelligence, and black technology, they are from different eras. Since I live in an old residential area, the most useful feature so far is the three-motor rear-wheel steering. The 4.62m turning radius makes this car super easy to drive in the old community. The car is a size larger than the A6, but in daily use, it's more convenient than the A6.
【Most Dissatisfying】
OTA is too slow.明明跟gt基本没区别, but the GT received updates for intelligent driving and automatic parking a long time ago, which Z9 still can't use. Sentinel mode is also a necessity in old residential areas.
Review B
Needless to say, I really like the exterior, and the interior is also good. In terms of space, it's labeled as a 5-seater but actually can't really seat 5 people; 4 people are very comfortable, so it's a matter of personal opinion. Regarding the intelligent cockpit, the infotainment system responds quite quickly, but the intelligent driving function hasn't been activated yet. Online reviews are also good, so I'll tentatively give it 4.5 points. In terms of range, the pure electric range is now about 80 kilometers left. It's been minus 5 or 6 degrees here recently, so the power consumption is very fast, about 20 kWh per 100 kilometers. Moreover, all driving is in the urban area, with little driving on elevated roads, and the speed is around 80 km/h, so the power consumption is indeed on the high side. However, there is charging facilities at home, and a range of over 100 kilometers is enough, charging once a week. The side support isn't as sensitive as the GT version; it doesn't engage during normal turns, only slightly when making a U-turn. I wonder if other car owners have encountered similar situations. I asked the salesperson, who said it's all like this. The hardware should be fine, but I don't know if it can be updated via OTA to be like the GT version later. I communicated with a fellow car owner from Shandong before, and they indeed reported that the response is not sensitive! Another thing is that there's a dent on the backrest, which is said to be a craftsmanship issue. I don't know how it will be handled for me later. Car owners who have picked up their cars can discuss the side support issue. After the OTA update this morning, I drove over 80 kilometers and was generally satisfied.
Review C
Based on comprehensive parameters and configurations, this car is excellent among vehicles in the same price range, but it does have some minor issues. For example, in my car, when the assisted driving or highway navigation is activated, there will be jerking during following traffic. This feeling is a bit like the jerking of a fuel-powered car in a high gear at low speeds. I don't know if only my car has this problem or most of them do. This really affects the driving quality of the vehicle. Regarding the assisted driving, I can only say it is usable, but there is still a distance from being好用 (easy to use/good to use). After updating the latest OTA, when getting on the highway, it will inexplicably perform invalid lane changes or attempt to change lanes, which is very frustrating. Also, the steering wheel is ugly, and the manufacturer no longer provides free replacements, which makes me very upset now. After-sales service is also inconsistent.
