Pros and Cons:
The advantage is that I often use the car's CarPlay, which works quite well. Gaode Maps and Kugou Music run smoothly without lag.
Disadvantage: It must be the abnormal noise. There was noise from the car door and air vents before, but it went away after a while. Probably just loose parts. I had a hybrid system failure once, around 1500 kilometers. I went to the 4S shop to repair it, and the repairman said not to start the engine for short periods frequently. It hasn't happened again after being fixed.
Summary: Let me tell you how to avoid hybrid system failure. When using the [Hybrid Mode], it is recommended to click the gear and select "Battery Maintain" in the middle. This can prevent the engine from starting and stopping frequently. To put it simply, frequent engine starts are not good.
Overall Feeling:
A hybrid car like the Magotan GTE doesn't have the range anxiety of pure electric vehicles. Compared with traditional fuel cars, it can start with battery power, saving half the fuel, which is very good. The power, especially in the starting phase, has been greatly improved. The space of the Magotan is also sufficient; the rear space is super large, and the width of the driver's and passenger's seats is enough for arms without feeling crowded. It would be better if the nose was longer, similar to Audi, hahaha. I will work hard for an Audi A7 as my next car!

Fuel Consumption
For my daily commute, I basically use the hybrid sport mode with battery hold, because I find charging麻烦. If charging is inconvenient, you don't have to worry too much if you like this car; just use it like I do. Under conditions where charging is inconvenient, after comparing on the highway, I found that the hybrid battery hold mode is also the most reasonable. Charging with fuel on the highway is really not cost-effective. If you use hybrid mode on the highway, the fuel consumption will surprise you. Later, I will post several fuel consumption charts in different modes for the same section of highway, including over 90% highway, about 10% rural roads, and the rest urban roads. In order: highway hybrid battery hold, highway hybrid, highway charging, and two urban commutes. (For friends still comparing)

Let's talk about pure electric range. It depends on the person and usage conditions, so it can only be for reference. I feel it's around 40, and I use the air conditioning.
【Purchasing Experience】
Although I'm in Changchun, the car price is average compared to other places. Many stores don't have cars (for individual ownership), not even the luxury version. Most are selling unused corporate-owned cars in the form of official second-hand cars at a lower price. Finally, I found a reliable salesperson at a 4S store and completed the transaction smoothly. Here, I want to give a negative review: several 4S stores lied on the phone that they had cars, but when I went there, there were no cars and the discounts were not as good as promised.
【Most Dissatisfied】【Maintenance Cost】
Speaking of dissatisfaction, there's not much to mention, just some minor abnormal noise from the central control. After all, so many plastic parts are assembled together, and it's not unsolvable. As for maintenance costs, I can't evaluate them now because currently the manufacturer covers them. With my current usage, there is occasional ticking noise when starting the car, and other friends in the car owner group have also encountered this. But the 4S stores are all cooperating to coordinate with the manufacturer for handling, so there's no need to worry.

Real Car Usage Experience
In terms of fuel consumption, in the battery馈电 mode, if the commuting distance is within 40 kilometers, the fuel consumption can reach 5-6L/100km. In the electric mode, when the car is driven by fuel, the fuel consumption is approximately 4L/100km. Of course, driving habits vary, so there will be some differences. The biggest advantage of this car is its flexible driving modes. In pure electric mode, if the commuting distance is within 60 kilometers, 100% pure electric driving can be achieved, and charging costs about 10 yuan. The price may vary by region, and of course, using your own charging pile will be cheaper. It can also be driven purely by fuel, but the motor will intervene during starting, acceleration, and in congested road sections, thereby greatly reducing fuel consumption. The hybrid mode automatically switches between the engine and the motor according to the vehicle speed and the depth of the accelerator pedal. The transition between the engine and the motor is very smooth, with no noticeable jerking; you can hardly feel it without looking at the instrument panel. In GTE mode, the vehicle will deliver maximum power, with both the engine and motor starting simultaneously, making overtaking in urban areas basically stress-free.
I am 175cm tall and weigh 160kg. The electric seat with adjustable lumbar support offers ample space and a wide field of view. The rear seat space is particularly large, making this car really suitable for family use. The trunk is also super spacious, so you don't have to worry about not having enough space for luggage when traveling with the whole family. Overall, it's very good. The interior of the Volkswagen car is quite standard with no standout features, but it's very耐看. The steering wheel is a bit small and thin. The use of genuine leather seats in the car is truly良心.
My current configuration is the 22款 Luxury trim, which is fully sufficient for daily use. If the budget allows, go for the top trim directly. It can get a green license plate, so you don't have to worry about license plate restrictions. If charging is convenient, it's enough for daily commuting. The current difference from the top trim is in some advanced driver assistance features. In terms of power, GTE mode is completely sufficient. The official 0-100km/h acceleration time is 7.7 seconds, and the actual test is 7.1 seconds, which is enough for daily overtaking on the road. The overall handling is very good, with precise steering and no looseness. It's very quiet at low speeds; at high speeds, wind noise is acceptable, but tire noise is quite noticeable. Replacing with静音 tires should improve this. I haven't used the advanced driver assistance features much, but the cruise control is very good.
