Review A

The exterior is average, but the interior feels really good. The seats are excellent for this price range. When I went home for Chinese New Year, my dad said the car is comfortable to ride in. The suspension is soft, making it suitable for family use; it feels like driving a boat, which isn't my preferred style (I personally like Geely's tuning). However, driving it slowly is indeed comfortable. I almost sold it a few days ago to get a Geely Galaxy, but then I thought, for such a low price, apart from the soft suspension, there aren't really any other issues. Geely might not be that much better either.

Everyone talks about the loud engine noise and short winter range. Well, I've driven other hybrid cars, and all I can say is don't set your expectations too high. Every brand is the same—engines are noisy in winter, and batteries don't last long. For a car that costs just a few tens of thousands, it's already very good. When it's freezing outside, isn't it great to sit in the car with the air conditioning on using electricity? Taking a nap in the car at noon is so pleasant. Don't worry too much about how far the electric range is. As long as it goes farther, saves more fuel, and is more enjoyable than a gasoline car, that's all that matters.

Overall, the cost-performance ratio of this car is unbeatable. I compared it with Wuling Xingguang, BYD Qin, and Galaxy L6. The Wuling has an overly electronic steering feel. BYD lacks fast charging; only the high-end model has it. My wife doesn't like the Galaxy L6, and its space is the smallest. Among the four, Roewe feels the most comfortable. In terms of handling, the D7 is better than the Xingguang. I didn't test drive the Qin, but the Galaxy has the best handling. Personally, I like the Galaxy the most, but I don't like its center console design. So, if you enjoy driving, you must choose the Galaxy. If you don't have strong driving desires, the D7 is a solid choice. Driving the D7 feels like driving a large car. My wife keeps saying it's too big and hard to drive, but she was the one who wanted a spacious car when we bought it... So I've been looking at cars again recently, wanting to get her a smaller one. If any friends need to buy this car, let me know—I might actually sell it. Let's see how this year goes. My target is the Xiaomi YU7, and I want to get my wife a Geely Xingyuan or Smart #3; both are cars I like 😂😂

Just realized I haven't taken a single photo of this car... I'll just use the ones from the 4S shop for the exterior. I took a few photos of the instrument panel showing energy consumption. I drove home during the Spring Festival, and about half of the journey was high-speed driving with low battery, but I haven't calculated the exact consumption.

【Car Purchase Experience】
As an ordinary office worker, my personal demand is mainly for a cost-effective and practical sedan. At that time, I mainly considered Qin L, MG5天蝎座, and Chang'an UNI-V. After comprehensive consideration, I decided to buy the D7 DMH because the plug-in hybrid sedan is quite suitable for my short-distance commute to work and driving home within the province during holidays.
【Most Satisfied】
First: The space is large. As a midsize sedan, the rear legroom of the D7 is larger than that of the Qin L I have seen.
Second: The range is reliable. I usually use the ECO + EV priority mode for daily driving. When driving on the highway, I will use the hybrid mode. The minimum average energy consumption with a 50KM range display can be less than 2 liters per 100 kilometers, which is very economical. For a 13KM commute to work, the actual power loss is about 12KM. If there was a pure electric mode without power preservation, the range should be able to reach 125km. However, with power preservation, the pure electric mode can only drive more than 80km before the engine starts working together, and then it will drop to about 20km and stabilize at this level.
【Least Satisfied】
First: The mobile phone storage compartment looks like it can wirelessly charge at first glance, but it is actually just a shell and does not have a wireless charging function.
Second: The in-vehicle system can play videos, but when the video freezes, the exit and restart interface is not user-friendly. You need to turn off the engine first and then ignite again to restart, so that the frozen APP can be operated and used again.

Review C

First, the advantages:
1. The appearance is rounded, simple and elegant. The white D7 gives me an overall feeling like Baymax from the movie "Big Hero 6", a warm-hearted character.
2. It supports keyless entry while retaining the mechanical door handle, which is very convenient. As long as you have the key with you, you don't need to take it out for opening doors, opening the trunk, driving, or locking the car; it feels very convenient.
3. The interior is fresh and the space is spacious. You can even cross your legs in the back seat. The door panels and center console have a comfortable suede texture, and there is ample storage space in the center console area.
4. Physical buttons are retained for functions such as air conditioning, defogging, and emergency lights, which are indeed more direct and efficient than talking to the car machine.
5. The car's audio system is sufficient for daily navigation and music listening. It supports Bluetooth playback from mobile phones. The car's Gaode navigation can log into the mobile phone account and supports one-click navigation.
6. I chose the mid-range configuration for the 360-degree camera, which is really convenient for turning, reversing, and passing through narrow roads.
7. The driving experience is light in steering, with good suspension support, quick acceleration, and neutral energy recovery. It is quite suitable for owners who are new to new energy vehicles, with basically no high adaptation cost in all aspects.

【Most Dissatisfied】
As for the shortcomings, the slow charging power is relatively low, only supporting 3.5kW, and it does not support external discharge, which limits the imagination for outdoor activities.

【Car Purchase Experience】
My old car was a Buick Excelle. As the car age increased, various faults occurred frequently and fuel consumption became higher and higher. This year, due to the continuation of national subsidy policies and considering factors such as the decline of new energy vehicle purchase tax incentives next year, I had the idea of replacing it with a new energy vehicle in advance.
The car selection process was not complicated; I focused on sales volume and ownership. I looked at Tian Shen Zhi Yan, BYD Qin L, and Geely Galaxy L6, but was ultimately impressed by Roewe's attractive price. The D7 DMH World Champion Edition is really an underrated good car. The biggest feeling after changing the car is that domestic cars have made tremendous progress. They are very suitable for home use, worth recommending, and the earlier you change, the earlier you can enjoy.
