I test-drove the Yangwang U7, specifically the pure electric four-wheel drive five-seat version. It was quite hard to book; they said there aren't many test-drive cars available right now, so you have to take turns. Exterior and Interior: The overall design is very good-looking, though the front face is a bit lacking. The car looks really big. I especially like the red interior; when the sunlight hits it, it's very vibrant, and it doesn't look dirty even after looking at it for a long time. The seats are extremely comfortable with many adjustability options, even the lumbar side support can be adjusted. Most of the touchable areas are leather, with plenty of padding, giving a great texture, except the steering wheel is a bit hard. The center console design is also quite thoughtful. The seat ventilation is very cool. Infotainment System: Just average, and the UI isn't nice either, but it has all the necessary functions. Yi Sifang: Maintaining my evaluation from Denza - awesome👍. Sound Insulation: Excellent. Sound System: The salesperson told me the infotainment system wasn't connected to the internet, so I couldn't listen to it. I tried the U8's sound system, and it was fantastic. Both the bass and vocals maintained a very clear and detailed level, the overall soundstage was centered, and the sound was loud. I think the U7's won't be bad either. Chassis: This one is equipped with Yun Nian Z. The salesperson said there's no air suspension, just pure electromagnetic suspension, which gave me a different feeling. I test-drove it for a relatively long time. Even in the most comfortable mode, the chassis still has road feel, allowing you to sense small road vibrations, but they are handled quite cleanly, so I wouldn't call it bumpy, just road feel. The overall body follow-through is also very good, without the那种 sluggishness of a large car. The most surprising part was going over speed bumps; it can completely suppress the颠簸, with only a slight vibration when first rolling over them. The U7 also performs very well in terms of body roll; roll in all aspects is minimal, and when the negative roll mode is activated, you can't feel it at all. It also doesn't nose-dive during hard braking. Handling: In sport mode, during quick lane changes, you can feel the U7's steering is very precise, with quick response and little play. Importantly, the seats have active side support, which can accurately and quickly support passengers during aggressive maneuvers to prevent them from swaying around when changing lanes. However, in comfort mode, the steering wheel, brakes, and other aspects feel a bit too light; in other words, I feel there's a bit too much "floating" sensation. In sport mode, the brakes are stiffer with little play, the throttle is responsive, and acceleration is linear. The centering feel is also excellent. A U-turn takes about one parking space, so the turning radius isn't large. For a large car, it's very good, except that judging distances when parking is a bit tricky. Overall, the Yangwang U7 has no real缺点. Except for the infotainment system, everything else can be said to be perfect. Of course, I don't really like its comfort mode; I prefer sport mode as it's not as soft or light overall. I wish the U7 great sales!
