    Review A

Before buying a car, I considered the Wuling Xingguang in the 100,000-yuan price range, the Volkswagen ID, Buick E5 in the 100,000 - 200,000-yuan range, the Audi Q4 and Q5, BMW iX1 and iX3, Mercedes - Benz EQB and EQC in the over 200,000-yuan range. I also saw the Ford Mustang Mach - E, Lincoln Z and Nautilus, Wenjie M5, Avatr 11, and Chery iCAR in person. Finally, after comparing the Buick E5 and the IQ Aoge, I chose the IQ Aoge for its more refined exterior and interior and better chassis texture.

When choosing a car, I valued safety the most, so I gave priority to American cars with the highest safety ratings. Moreover, Ultium is one of the few well - known car - making platforms among electric vehicles that have maintained a zero - spontaneous - combustion and zero - fire record. So, in the end, I chose Cadillac, which is known for its safety, within my appropriate budget.

Currently, the total driving mileage is 1,600 kilometers. Here are some of the more prominent advantages:
    1. Safety: If it weren't for Ultium's zero - fire record, my family wouldn't have dared to buy an electric car.
    2. Chassis comfort: The Aoge is equipped with Cadillac's Hummingbird chassis, which can filter out most of the minor vibrations on rural roads. It provides good support when cornering and remains stable on highways even when passing through uneven sections, without any unnecessary floating.
    3. Good in - car sound insulation: Whether on the highway or in the city, wind noise and tire noise are well - controlled. It's easy to fall asleep in the car.
    4. Excellent energy - efficiency control: With four people in the car, the power consumption on urban roads is only 12 kWh, and on national roads, it stays between 13 - 13.5 kWh. On a recent 800 - kilometer long - distance trip with five people in the car and a fully stuffed trunk, the power consumption was 18.5 kWh at a speed of 90 - 100 km/h and 21 kWh at a speed of 120 km/h.
    5. Positive feedback on the AKG audio system: I prefer symphonies and classical music and don't like heavy bass. This audio system is just suitable for such music, and the bass dive is also good, although there's no additional bass enhancement.

I won't go into detail about other advantages, including the vehicle's exterior, interior and lighting design, seat wrapping, hidden trunk space design, and physical air - conditioning buttons.

There are also a few drawbacks that I hope Cadillac can improve:
    1. The car's infotainment system design isn't well - thought - out. There's too little software support, especially the lack of support for Gaode Map.
    2. The angle of the rear seats is too upright and isn't adjustable.
    3. The standard - range system doesn't have a driving recorder, although the hardware for a 360 - degree camera is available.

Overall, it's a good car, but it stands out as an alternative in the current pure - electric market: it focuses on safety, the electric drive system and the chassis, without flashy interiors or gimmicks, and without large marketing investments.

    Review B

    1. Car selection experience: My old car was 12 years old and had frequent breakdowns, so I decided to buy a car in the price range of around 200,000 to 250,000 RMB. I first looked at the CT5 Luxury Pro and A4L at the end of April. Due to family issues in early May, when I checked again in mid - May, I found that the car prices had dropped by 10,000 RMB compared to the end of April, so I became a "wait - and - see" person, planning to make the purchase at the end of June. More and more people around me were choosing electric cars, so I started to pay attention to them. During this process, BMW electric cars were very popular. I test - drove the iX3 and i3 and also looked at the Q4 - etron, but I wasn't very satisfied. The BMW electric cars had issues like the nose - diving when braking and strange noises when turning the steering wheel in place. The maintenance was expensive, and the insurance was also costly, so I crossed them off my list.
    2. Car purchase experience: I saw the Oukang at the auto show at the end of May and couldn't stop thinking about it. After coming back, I checked some safety features of the Ultium platform, which completely dispelled my concerns about the safety of electric cars. The only thing left was to convince my wife (she preferred BBA brands, and we were almost ready to place an order for the A4L). Finally, I succeeded on the evening of June 27th. I paid the deposit on the afternoon of the 28th. The car arrived at the dealership in less than 7 days. It was produced in mid - June. Except for the lack of discounts, everything else was great.
    3. Vehicle condition: The car is very quiet when driving and also very stable when going over speed bumps. Additionally, the fast - charging is extremely quick. When preset to 80%, it only takes half an hour to charge from 20% to 80%. The key is that the later usage cost is low. Take advantage of the current exemption from vehicle purchase tax, and since electric cars haven't been charged road maintenance fees yet, grab this good deal quickly.

    Review C

    [Most Dissatisfied]

    1. The intelligent driving system cooperates with Baidu and requires high-definition maps to work. The collision and pedestrian detection are overly sensitive and often cause the vehicle to brake suddenly. The active collision function has now been turned off.
    2. There are bugs in the in-vehicle system. The rearview camera often disappears and the network connection is often lost. The problem can only be resolved after the vehicle has been parked and turned off for ten minutes. It's best to stay out of the Bluetooth range.
    3. The 360-degree camera cannot be triggered passively and can only be triggered by the turn signals and reverse gear.
    4. It might be an individual case. The air conditioner couldn't heat. It took four trips to the 4S shop to get it fixed.

    [Endurance and Energy Consumption]
I bought the car at the end of September. Now I've driven over 5,000 kilometers. The average power consumption per 100 kilometers is 16.8 kWh. I missed the summer. In autumn, it's about 13 kWh per 100 kilometers.
In winter, it's about 18 kWh per 100 kilometers. When the heater is on at 26¡ãC and the seat heaters are on, it's about 26 kWh per 100 kilometers.

    [Charging Time]
It takes about 20 minutes to charge from 20% to 80% using fast charging.
    I haven't tried slow charging.

    [Interior]
The interior is more like that of a traditional fuel vehicle. There is a screen above the steering wheel, and the information is intuitive.
The seats are a bit hard. For long - distance driving, the front seats are okay, but the backrest angle of the rear seats is too straight and the seat cushions are too short.

    [Most Satisfied]
The driving experience is good. The chassis is resilient.
The quietness is also decent. The wind noise is almost negligible when the speed is below 100 km/h.
The appearance also meets my aesthetic standards.

Another point is safety. I personally think the Ultium platform and Cadillac's frame should be reliable.

    [Assisted Driving]
The automatic parking function seems to have a big gap compared with domestic brands, and the automation linkage is not good enough.
The intelligent driving operation is very convenient, and the vehicle follows other cars smoothly. However, it reacts slowly to cut - ins during traffic jams.
