Review A

【Space Performance】
The space performance is very good for me; the space is really quite large. However, the seat feels a bit short. I have an old sedan, and after parking, I can curl my legs up on the seat, but in this car, I can't do that because the seat feels short. The back row doesn't feel cramped at all when three people sit there, and the storage box on the door is much larger than that of ordinary cars. I bought the seven-seat version, and the last two seats are also quite large, but the seat height is very low. If you sit in the last row, you have to curl your legs up.

【Charging Time】
It takes about an hour to fast charge from 20% to 100%.

In terms of driving experience, I feel this car drives very stably. It's very smooth on bumpy roads, and the颠簸 is not severe, very slight (after all, it's the same chassis as the Tiggo 9). The acceleration is also fast and steady, very powerful. I'm quite satisfied with the wind noise; tire noise and wind noise are not obvious, and only become somewhat noticeable when exceeding 90 kilometers per hour.

Finally, I want to talk about its safety because my car was just in an accident recently, and I'll share it with you. It was a 100% frontal collision. When hitting the tree, the speed was over 80 kilometers per hour. The impact effect was a bit like a moose test—turning too fast and suddenly steering to save the car caused the body to swing, resulting in a frontal collision with the tree. The airbags deployed, and I only had some scratches on my body, but when the airbags exploded, my face was pushed, and my head felt a bit懵. The collision result was that the anti-collision beam broke, the windshield shattered, the front of the car caved in, and both the engine and gearbox were scrapped. Let everyone see if this safety factor is high enough.

Review B

We test-drove this car for a day, and its overall driving experience is what satisfied me the most. Its mechanical components are quite "peculiar": the engine is from Fudi's 1.5T, yes, the "same model" as the Tang DM-i, but with less horsepower. Why not use Chery's power? According to insiders, when this car was initially立项 (lìxiàng, project initiated), Chery's plug-in hybrid power had relatively high fuel consumption, so they had to "reluctantly give it up". The 1-speed DHT and chassis are basically Chery's set, similar to the Fengyun T9. The battery uses CATL's lithium iron phosphate, and the overall specifications are quite high.

At first, I thought this combination was just a "stitch-up monster", but the driving experience is actually quite good. The basic logic is still electricity-based. For most urban roads, a light step on the accelerator can provide good acceleration, and the engine doesn't even bother to start. We also tested mountain roads, specifically the Puhong Road in Dujiangyan, known as Chengdu's "Autumn Mountain". Going downhill, in particular, with many bends and steep slopes, is a test for the vehicle's tuning. As a result, the Kaiyi Kunlun iHD can bring quite strong driving pleasure. The powerful hybrid system is very useful for overtaking on mountain roads; you can get past slow cars before entering a bend, which indirectly improves safety. The chassis support is better than expected, the steering traceability is also very controllable, and combined with the 255mm tire width, you can attack bends with relative confidence.

Review C

The downside is that the battery pack is a bit low, so I use it as a sedan. It performs well on urban roads, with strong acceleration and good handling. It has a fast charging function. In Fujian's winter, after a full charge, driving in the city at 60-100 km/h can cover 130 km with 10% battery remaining; I usually drive about 100 km and then recharge when there's 30% left. After refueling a full tank, I only drove over 300 km on the highway, and there's still fuel left, showing that it can continue to drive 705 km, so the actual fuel consumption of the hybrid will be known later. Currently, it mainly uses electricity, with an electricity consumption of about 16 kWh per 100 km. Since commercial fast charging is used, the cost is approximately 0.1 to 0.2 CNY per km.
