Review A
¡¾Driving Experience¡¿The Jipai 2 is equipped with a single 150kW electric motor, with a torque of up to 310N¡¤m, which is equivalent to the level of a low-power 2.0T engine. It is paired with a 68.8 kWh ternary lithium battery, offering a CLTC pure-electric driving range of 545 kilometers. In standard mode, the power output is relatively gentle, but it maintains a continuous output in the later stage, providing a smooth, linear, and stable acceleration. In sport mode, the response of the power output is enhanced, but the damping feeling of the pedal is still quite obvious. You can't just tap the pedal and get an immediate power boost. The brakes are well-tuned. The kinetic energy recovery is only associated with sport mode. When you release the pedal in sport mode, there will be a relatively obvious deceleration feeling, while in standard and eco modes, there is a good coasting feeling. In terms of brake adjustment, the brake sensitivity is relatively high. You can achieve a deceleration of 0.2G or 0.6G with relatively light pedal force. Throughout the process, the kinetic energy recovery and hydraulic braking work in tandem. Overall, the driving experience is quite comfortable, and the setting of the steering force is very user-friendly. The steering feel in urban driving is quite pleasant.
¡¾Riding Experience¡¿The seat backrest has two levels of adjustability, with an overall adjustable angle of 5.5 degrees, allowing for a more flexible sitting position. Similar to other electric vehicles, the H-point of the rear seats is slightly lower. After sitting upright, there is about a two-finger gap between the feet and the floor, which doesn't have much of an impact. The comfort of the rear seats is well done. The seat padding is quite soft, and even the rear center armrest is extremely soft, making it very suitable for short trips.
Review B
After more than a month of communication with the 4S store, I finally picked up the GAC Honda e:NP2 Epi.2 and opted for the Comfort Music Package. After using it for a few days on various road conditions including highways, mountain roads, urban and suburban roads, it can handle all of the above road conditions with ease, and the overall feeling is good. Highways are really not that friendly to electric vehicles, haha. Compared with other joint-venture cars, the Epi.2 is fully equipped: L2 assisted driving, HONDA CONNECT 4.0 in-vehicle system, RGB ambient lights, mobile phone car control, Bluetooth key, HUD head-up display, all-LED automatic headlights, automatic rain-sensing wipers and full-leather seats in the whole car, all of which are standard features. Among Honda models, except for the Epi.2, hardly any other model has all these as standard features. Currently, the vehicle registration and window tinting are all arranged. For the window tinting, I chose a brand under the same company as the front windshield glass manufacturer. It's my first time choosing this brand, and the effect is okay, on par with its competitors. Next, we'll have to see about its durability. Then I'm just waiting for the license plate. There's a problem though. There are too few partner banks for the built-in ETC on the car. You either spend 198 yuan to buy an ETC package from Alipay or Yunshanfu, or use a Guangfa Bank credit card (issued anywhere in the country) or a Bank of China credit card (issued only in Guangdong Province), or don't use the built-in ETC (you need to go to the 4S store to block the signal ??, otherwise it will cause signal interference with the ETC you install yourself) ????. It's so difficult. I hope more partner banks can be added. Generally speaking, the Epi.2 is a suitable choice for those switching from fuel cars to electric cars. After all, Honda's durability and quality are very reliable. At least it won't go bankrupt in two or three years.
