Review A
【Most Satisfied】
The power is good, and the handling is nice. It doesn't feel like a 5.3-meter car; driving it isn't cumbersome, but parking is still a hassle. The space and range aren't excellent but sufficient.
【Least Satisfied】
The third-row floor has a slope that affects getting in and out. Although it doesn't impact seating, entering and exiting is inconvenient, especially considering the third row often carries elderly people and children. However, Voyah officials stated that this is to provide space for the second-row zero-gravity seats without affecting structural strength, so it's勉强 acceptable.
【Range and Energy Consumption】
With a full tank of fuel and full charge, it can go around 600 kilometers on the highway, with fuel consumption around 10L/100km. For this vehicle weight, it's acceptable. Our family has a driving habit of driving at the speed limit and accelerating aggressively. (After all, we can also get a fuel consumption of over 9L/100km with the BYD Song Plus DM-i.) Energy consumption varies from person to person; sometimes it's 3-4L/100km when driving in urban areas and on expressways. Please refer to the pictures. The official app might have some "happy meters," so adding 1L to the displayed fuel consumption is also reasonable.
【Exterior】
I chose black when picking up the car. Actually, we prefer white, but black is too business-like, and there was no white car available. So we decided to apply a color-changing film to turn it into a "Baby Bus," which also serves as a car wrap. The film installer said the car is easy to wrap, just a bit large. Families can consider this option, which also avoids the trouble of others borrowing the car or it being mistaken for a company car.
Review B
I've been driving this Dreamer for almost half a year. After the AR-HUD upgrade, it's large and clear, so I can see the navigation routes and vehicle speed clearly. Just last time I went to a place I'd never been before, I followed the navigation displayed on the AR-HUD and didn't make a single mistake along the way. I didn't have to keep looking down at the dashboard, which was safe and convenient. The chassis is also excellent. Last week, I drove on the highway and changed lanes on a rainy day; it didn't drift at all, the steering wheel was steady, and it drove as stably as the SUV I used to drive. I couldn't even feel it was a 5.3-meter-long large car.
【Most Dissatisfied】
The pure electric range and service outlets are two issues. The pure electric range drops sharply in winter. When the temperature is minus ten degrees Celsius, a full charge shows it can run 230 kilometers, but in reality, it only runs about 120 kilometers. Also, there are too few service outlets. Last time the car had an abnormal noise, the nearest outlet was over 300 kilometers from my home, making it very troublesome to drive there.
【Exterior】
It looks quite dignified, with a business style yet a touch of technology. The body length is sufficient, and the through-type taillights look particularly nice at night; once lit up, they have high recognition. However, my black paintwork is too prone to scratches. A slight carelessness leaves marks, making daily maintenance a bit of a hassle.
【Space Performance】
When the whole family goes on a trip, with all three rows occupied, the trunk can still fit two suitcases and some miscellaneous items. The second-row seats are comfortable, so the elderly and children sit comfortably. The second-row space is spacious, allowing children to walk back and forth in the middle aisle. But if three people sit in the third row, the middle person will feel a bit cramped, with insufficient legroom.
【Interior】
The two large connected screens look impressive, 15.4 inches, and the operation is relatively smooth. The column-mounted shifter design felt unfamiliar at first, but later I found it quite convenient and easy to shift gears. The wireless fast charging design is great, making charging convenient.
【Intelligent Cockpit】
The infotainment system is okay. For example, when adjusting the navigation during morning commutes, it comes up with a few taps. The voice assistant is sometimes very useful; you can open or close the windows by speaking. But sometimes it gets confused. Once I asked it to turn on the air conditioning, and it didn't respond correctly for a long time, so I had to operate it manually. The ceiling screen plays cartoons that children love, but the resolution is a bit lacking; you can see the pixels when looking closely.
【Driver Assistance】
It feels very good to drive, with the right steering wheel weight. The solid chassis filters vibrations well when going over speed bumps or potholed roads, so the feeling inside the car is not obvious. However, the initial stage of the accelerator is a bit sensitive. When following cars in traffic jams, you have to control it carefully, otherwise it's easy to lurch forward.
【Purchasing Experience】
The configuration is indeed quite rich, including adaptive cruise control. Compared with cars of the same price, it has an advantage in configuration. But the retention rate is not high. I asked the second-hand market, and this new car depreciated a lot not long after purchase, which is quite unsatisfactory.
【Range and Energy Consumption】
The pure electric range is not very good in winter, with fast power loss. In summer, it can run about 150 kilometers under normal driving. In hybrid mode, the fuel consumption is acceptable, about 7-8 liters per 100 kilometers, which is okay for daily use.
Review C
I first discovered the Voyah Dreamer on the懂车帝 platform in early 2024. As I entered middle age, my family's demand for a car grew, so MPV models came into my consideration. At that time, I compared mainstream models from brands like Buick, Denza, GAC Trumpchi, XPeng, Alpine, and Zeekr (I didn't consider Japanese models for personal reasons). Initially, I looked at the 2024 Dreamer and was quite satisfied with its chassis and safety, but I felt it was lacking in interior, infotainment system, second-row seats, third-row space and seats, intelligent driving, and entertainment intelligence. I also test-drove the high-end version of the 2024 model, but after the test drive, I had no urge to buy it. I even joked with my wife that if these aspects weren't improved, its sales would definitely struggle. During this period, Buick launched a plug-in hybrid version which caught my eye, but the pure electric range and space prevented me from purchasing it. At that time, Denza was also topping the sales charts, but my family felt motion sickness after the test drive, so I gave up on it. In August, I followed the 2025 Dreamer all the way from its exterior release to its official launch and suddenly found that all the previous drawbacks had been改进. What surprised me most was the Zhikun version with intelligent driving co-developed with Huawei, which made me have more expectations. I made a small deposit at the August launch event but didn't下定决心 to make a large deposit for the Zhikun version, mainly fearing that the cooperation with Huawei was immature. Finally, on November 21, the test drive car of the Zhikun version arrived for a home test drive. I took my family to experience a test drive of over two hours and placed the large deposit that night (it truly satisfied the whole family, young and old). Then came the wait for the car! The Xiaoshan full-function store was great; they helped me coordinate the vehicle, and I picked up the car on December 15. I purchased the Huawei advanced package that day, and the next day I drove 100 kilometers to activate the advanced intelligent driving—it was truly amazing! Although the cockpit is somewhat inferior to Huawei's in several interfaces, the latest ADS3.2 version has several interfaces that haven't been pushed yet, and Voyah updating them first was a nice surprise! Although I've only driven over 300 kilometers so far, I've driven a lot on highways, urban roads, and short to medium-distance trips. Overall, the feeling of being "far ahead" is really great. I suggest that if you buy the Dreamer, you should咬牙 and go for the Zhikun version. Finally, about the range: in Zhejiang like us, plug-in hybrid cars can be driven purely on electricity for urban commuting and only need to be charged once every five days. In the north, if you use the air conditioning, since it's self-heating, the range will be reduced by half compared to not using the air conditioning. So whether the power consumption is fast or the fuel consumption is high has a lot to do with driving habits and modes, which you need to explore. Generally speaking, the Dreamer currently has the largest battery range among plug-in hybrid models on the market.
