When recommending any vehicle, we will proactively provide the following core information for your initial assessment:

  1. Basic Information: Vehicle model year (first registration date) and mileage.
  2. Visual Presentation: High-resolution photos of the vehicle's exterior, interior, engine bay, and tires from all angles.

 

In-Depth Inspection

If you have a serious interest in a specific vehicle, you can pay a deposit to lock it. Once locked, we will immediately initiate the following process:
  1. Third-Party Inspection Commissioned: We will engage an authoritative, independent third-party inspection agency to conduct a comprehensive on-site inspection.
  2. Authoritative Report Issued: The agency will produce a detailed professional report covering hundreds of checkpoints, truthfully reflecting the vehicle's mechanical state, body structure, repair history, and existing imperfections.

Inspection Report & Translation Service

  1. Report Language: The original report from the third-party agency may be in Chinese.

  2. Translation Support: You may choose to translate the report yourself or directly request your ZEEX AUTO sales colleague to provide a free translation and interpretation service for the report's content, ensuring you fully understand every detail.

  3. Major Disclosures: We will truthfully disclose any known major issues such as accident, flood, or fire damage. This history directly influences the pricing to ensure it fairly reflects the condition.
