Review A
[Riding experience] It's comfortable and quiet, and the space is large enough. Previously, when driving the Mazda Atenza on the highway, you had to listen to something, otherwise the tire noise and wind noise were unbearable. However, in the N7, you can feel comfortable even without turning on the audio. Although there is still some wind noise at a speed of 120 km/h, it's acceptable. The whole - vehicle seats come with massage, ventilation, and heating functions, there are electric sunshades, and it has zone - based voice wake - up. Each seat allows you to "do whatever you want". This simple "luxury" is more practical than some illusory "intelligent driving", as it's tangible and visible!
It's like a ballet on flat roads and a rocking boat on bad roads. I'm not sure if it's because the preview function isn't enabled. On continuously bumpy roads, the car body sways severely. As the boss described it, the Atenza used to make your butt bounce up and down with a "thud - thud - thud" sound, while the N7 is like a rocking chair. The dual - chamber air suspension really gives you more confidence in the chassis height. You don't have to worry about hitting the battery when going up the sidewalk or driving on bad roads.
[Energy consumption] I've driven 2400 kilometers, and the average energy consumption is 19. When driving on the highway at a constant speed of 120 km/h, it's around 22. In the urban area, it's 17. If you drive in an extremely gentle way, it might even be possible to achieve 15. To be honest, the energy consumption of this four - wheel - drive vehicle is quite good. Of course, the current weather is probably the most "suitable" for electric vehicles. It would be even more perfect if it could be equipped with a 100 - kWh battery without increasing the weight or energy consumption. I guess it can be achieved with the second - generation blade batteries in three years.
Without building additional charging stations, the dual - gun charging is amazing. You won't know how great it is until you experience it. In the mountains of Jizhou District, at a charging station with a maximum capacity of 60 kW, I got a charging power of over 100 kW. All I can say is that it's an absolute delight right now!

[Driving Experience]
For this two - day weekend trip to Xichang, I'm really quite satisfied with the high - speed range of the Denza N7 and the performance of the updated OTA 1.2 version!
1. The one - way distance from Mianyang to Xichang is 558 km. It was enough to charge the car once at the Hanyuan Service Area on the way. After arriving in Xichang, the calculated range achievement rate reached 72.98%. It's worth mentioning that the high - speed intelligent driving assistance was used on the highway section. Whether it was sunny or rainy, there was almost zero manual takeover throughout the journey. However, it is still recommended that you don't use this function on rainy days!
2. The journey from Xichang to Butuo was on a national road. The intelligent navigation of the updated 1.2 version performed better than that of the 1.1 version. Whether it was during the process of following and starting/stopping the vehicle or passing through traffic light intersections, compared with the previous version, it was smoother and more in line with normal driving habits.
3. Due to the Torch Festival in Butuo, we didn't book a hotel in advance, so we chose to spend the night in the car! The Denza N7 only consumes 2% of its battery power in one night to provide you with a comfortable resting environment. It's the top choice for self - driving camping!!!
Review C
I mainly like the interior of the N7, and its exterior also suits my taste. In terms of the interior, besides being luxurious and comfortable, it also incorporates some Mercedes-Benz elements, which I'm quite satisfied with. Another advantage is that the sound insulation is really good, and the Devialet audio system also feels very powerful. In terms of power consumption, 16 or 17 isn't low, but considering the car weighs 2.3 tons, such power consumption is normal. Before buying this car, I compared many models, such as the Avatr 12, IM L6, IM LS6, Tesla Model Y, several models of Zhijie, and the XPeng G9. After careful selection, I finally chose the N7. Although its sales aren't ideal, it's a joint venture between BYD and Mercedes-Benz, so it won't go under. Moreover, I didn't consider the issue of vehicle depreciation when buying the car. I feel it's all the same after driving it for seven or eight years. Electric cars aren't very value - retaining anyway, as they're consumer goods. As long as I like it, there's nothing more to say. Among the driving experiences of several cars, I'm quite satisfied with Denza and IM. The intelligent driving of Zhijie and Wenjie is really good, but the car - system tuning isn't that comfortable. I won't say much about Tesla. It's not that it's bad, but at least the driving experience doesn't suit my taste. As for XPeng, to be honest, it's okay. The space is good, but my wife feels it sways a bit when driving. I don't know if it's an illusion. Finally, I was torn between the IM L6 and the N7 (I didn't consider the LS6 as it's an old model). Considering family use, I chose the N7, and so far, I'm quite satisfied.
