This car drives really comfortably. It even helps reduce road rage. Hahaha. The range can easily reach a 1:1 ratio this season. I commute 60 kilometers one - way to work, including city roads, national highways, and provincial roads. Recently, the energy consumption has basically been within 10, which is a pretty good performance. The exterior and interior are also very popular. I've been surrounded and asked about the car when I was getting it filmed, parking it by the mall or at work. It was kind of embarrassing, haha! Today, the official APP even gave away a game controller. I couldn't get it when I was negotiating with the salesperson when buying the car. It's a little surprise.

I got the E8 by coincidence. Buying a car really depends on fate! Initially, I was interested in the awesome version of the Qiyuan A07. I went for a test - drive on Saturday afternoon. It felt okay, but the discounts were few. The company's preferential policy for big - customer purchases couldn't be used as it was already the end of the month. I felt it lacked sincerity and was a bad deal, so I left. It was already after 5 pm on my way back. I passed by a Leapmotor 4S store and wanted to check out the C01, but it was closed. When I got home and was about to go for a walk, I found that a Geely Galaxy 4S store nearby was still open. I went in and was able to take a test - drive at around 6 pm. After the test - drive, I felt that the chassis and interior were a bit better than the A07. Since it was the end of March, the boss was willing to negotiate the price. There was a ready - made car in the store, so I paid the deposit and picked up the car the next day. The appearance is great. My family member is very picky about the looks, but this time we finally agreed. The rear of the car looks better than the front when the lights are on. The interior is simple. I really like the shape of the speakers. The big screen doesn't seem so odd after looking at it for a while, and it works very smoothly. The space is indeed a bit lacking. The front row is normal, and the back row is okay for people of average height. There are no tall people in my family, so it's not a big problem for me. The power is strong, and the accelerator responds well. The driving experience is excellent. Once you've driven an electric car, you don't want to touch the gasoline - powered car at home. Hahaha. I've only had the car for a few days, so I can't comment on the range for now. I'll come back to share after driving it for a while. Finally, I'm overall satisfied with the Geely Galaxy E8. If the price is right, I recommend buying it!

First, let me talk about the appearance: The exterior is sporty and imposing. I bought it for its good looks. Next, let's talk about the range: Here in Jiangsu, I prefer the lithium iron phosphate battery, and the range achievement rate is quite good. Now, I'm going to tell my car - buying story. Before buying the Galaxy E8, I looked at the Qiyuan A07 and the Feifan R7. Later, I noticed the Galaxy E8 on Douyin, so I made a blind reservation on the Galaxy App. I thought that I could get a refund if I was not satisfied anyway. Since the car hadn't been officially released at that time, I test - drove the other two cars first. Overall, my feeling from the test - drives was that the driving quality of the Feifan R7 was better than that of the A07. After its official release, I immediately made an appointment for a test - drive. When my wife first got in the car, she was attracted by its large screen. After the test - drive, I felt it was quite good. I'm satisfied with the chassis, the in - car infotainment system, and the range. The only drawback is that the chassis height is not as good as that of the R7, after all, the R7 is an SUV. After three or four days of consideration, we went to the 4S stores to negotiate the prices. The prices of the two cars were almost the same at that time. The reason I gave up the R7 was that I couldn't get the car before the Spring Festival. Of course, I wasn't in a hurry to use the car at that time, but I just wanted to drive it as soon as possible before the Spring Festival. Driving experience: Since I picked up the car on January 19th, I've driven 5,000 kilometers. Overall, I feel that the steering wheel of this car is easy to control, the chassis is very comfortable, and the turning radius is small. It doesn't feel like a 5 - meter - long car. It's much more comfortable to drive than my 2019 Buick Regal. Now my wife drives the Regal, but she often grabs the electric car from me. Regarding noise: Although it has single - layer glass, the noise control on the highway is okay. In Jiangsu, in winter, when using the air - conditioner, the range loss is about 30% - 40%. Now it's over 20% (I drive quite aggressively, so my range might not be as good as what other owners reported). The space performance is not outstanding, but it's sufficient. I had the in - car infotainment system go black twice for about ten seconds, but I haven't had that problem since the OTA 1.0.9 update. The built - in Infinity sound system's sound quality is not outstanding, but it's listenable. At least it's much better than that of no - name brands.

The Galaxy E8 is a car with a sporty look and a low-slung, handsome body. Its appearance is very appealing and it has high aesthetic value.
Advantages: It has powerful performance. The chassis based on the SEA architecture makes driving very comfortable. The average power consumption can be reduced to about 11 - 12.5 kWh, which is quite good. Maybe because it's hot in Hainan, the range here is about 10% less than the official figure. The experience of using the large integrated screen is also great. It's very exciting to watch TV and play games on it. Equipped with the 8295 chip, it runs very smoothly.
Disadvantages: The sound insulation of the glass alone is just average, and tire noise is relatively obvious. After the OTA 1.09 update, there is resonance in the sound effect, which is very jarring to the ears and uncomfortable. Sometimes the screen goes black for two or three seconds and then recovers. The trunk is a bit small. It's hoped that subsequent OTA updates can solve the problem of sound resonance.
Overall, the E8 is a good car. It has abundant power when driving, high aesthetic value, and a high rate of people turning their heads to look at it. The rear of the car looks a bit like a certain model (maybe referring to its potential or the lines). The chassis of the SEA platform really makes driving very comfortable.
In terms of range, it's just average. The other day, after a full charge, it only drove 150 kilometers, but the power consumption was equivalent to that of 240 kilometers (the reason is unclear). It was also hot at that time, about 25 degrees Celsius.
