Review A
It's been two months since I picked up the car, and I've driven over 2,823 kilometers. Here's my review. Let me start with the positives. Overall, the car was worth the money. I'm quite satisfied with both the space and the assisted driving features. As for the drawbacks, there are relatively few apps on the car's infotainment system, and the vehicle's range is just barely sufficient for long - distance trips.
Let's talk about the assisted driving first. It has significantly enhanced the long - distance driving experience. Since I picked up the car, I've driven a total of 2,823 kilometers, and I've used the intelligent driving function for 1,711 kilometers. Nowadays, as soon as I get on the highway, I definitely activate the NOA function. Whether it's lane - changing or dealing with cut - ins, the system handles them pretty well. Especially in traffic jams, the automatic following feature is a real blessing, allowing me to take my feet off the pedals. However, when I encounter a construction zone, I usually take over the control. Although the system can handle it most of the time, safety comes first. Another great feature is the parking assist. I'm almost forgetting how to parallel park. Now, whether it's a parallel, perpendicular, or angled parking space, I use the automatic parking function 100% of the time. If the system can't handle a parking space, I just drive away. Usually, these are spaces that are too narrow, and it would be too risky to park there myself.
Next is the driving experience. In a word, the rear - wheel steering is amazing. There's a narrow - road U - turn situation on the road I usually drive on. The car in front usually needs two maneuvers to turn around, but with this car, which is five meters long, I can make a U - turn in one go. Despite its large size and over two - ton weight, the car is surprisingly nimble. It doesn't take long to get used to the half - rim steering wheel. The first time I got in the car and held the steering wheel, it felt like I was piloting a spaceship.
In terms of the vehicle's interior space, it's more than enough for a couple. We have our daily gear for stream - tracing and camping, as well as badminton and tennis equipment in the car. With the rear seats folded down, we can easily fit two road bikes. Whether we're going stream - tracing, camping, or doing sports on weekends, the space is more than sufficient.
Now, let me talk about the negatives. First, there are too few apps on the car's infotainment system. The video - streaming apps are limited to iQiyi and Bilibili, while there are quite a few music apps like NetEase Cloud Music and QQ Music. The pre - installed apps on the system don't seem to be enough. I strongly recommend that the official release add more apps. Another issue is the range. The power consumption in the city is only around 11 - 12 kWh, but on the highway, it goes up to around 14 - 16 kWh. The car can travel a maximum of 500 kilometers on the highway, which is just barely enough for long - distance trips.
P.S. One last thing, the card - type key is so easy to lose. I really hope the official can provide a physical Bluetooth key.
Review B
I'm also in the automotive industry and have a certain understanding of vehicles. After comprehensively comparing the Model Y, XPENG G6, and LeDao L60, I finally chose the LS6. After driving it for some time, I found my choice was extremely wise. I've summarized two points: (1) At this price range, cost - effectiveness is the real deal. I like the spirit of the LS6 that combines both performance and comfort; (2) This is a great car that's suitable for both commuting to work and weekend leisure. It's both sporty and comfortable. Most importantly, my wife and kids both love it.
[Exterior] The exterior is round but doesn't lose the sporty look of the front. The ISC taillights add an element of fun and increase the car's turn - head rate, as if they're expressing emotions like a "blackboard newspaper".
[Interior] I really like the large connected screen in the interior. It has a strong sense of atmosphere and design, unlike the lonely independent screens in other cars. Of course, opinions may vary. I also really like the POPO seats. They're very comfortable and have a home - like style.
[Space] Space is definitely a huge advantage. I didn't expect that such a sporty car would have such a spacious rear - seat space. There's a lot of knee room, and it's equipped with a chaise longue and a zero - gravity passenger seat, which greatly enhances comfort. It's more than enough for resting inside the car during weekend outings, even eliminating the need for a tent.
[Range and Energy Consumption] The range is quite reliable and not as bad as some say online. Basically, I commute 70 kilometers every day and go on weekend outings. One full charge lasts me a week without worry. It's really convenient and saves time. I'll also consider longer - distance trips in the future.
[Assisted Driving] It's definitely at the level of an experienced driver. I've been driving for over a decade, and I've found that IM Motors' NOA gives me great peace of mind. I don't have to worry about being cut off. It's truly a must - have for road protection and is more "social" than when I drive myself. It's most suitable in traffic jams, with stable car - following and lane - changing abilities.
[Charging Time] The 800V system is amazing. With a fast - charging capacity of over 240kW, it only takes about ten minutes to fully charge the battery, similar to refueling. Additionally, there are now a large number of charging piles. They're available at nearby gas stations and shopping malls, which is very convenient, especially friendly to someone like me who doesn't have a slow - charging pile.
[Least Satisfactory] What I'm a bit dissatisfied with is the lack of a physical key. As an old driver used to fuel - powered cars, I'm not used to it. I have to use an NFC card or a Bluetooth key. However, many young people seem to prefer the Bluetooth key.

??Reasons for choosing the car
Buying a car has always been on the plan. The positioning for car selection is a large - space, pure - electric SUV for family use with a price of around 200,000 yuan. Since I like a more comfortable interior, the cars that caught my eye are the XPeng G6, the Zeekr 007 GT, and the IM LS6!
The reason I didn't choose the G6 is that I think its interior space is much smaller than that of the LS6. For us, there may be trips and camping, so the interior and trunk space are also important factors in the selection. Moreover, its handling, such as when turning, is not as good as the LS6. Although the G6 is also a compact car, compared with the larger LS6, the handling is not on the same level at all.
I didn't choose the 007 GT because its chassis is too low. For an electric car, the battery is its life, and a too - low chassis will put a psychological burden on the driver. Actually, my husband really likes its station - wagon styling, and the trunk space is also quite good. But compared with the chassis problem, an SUV is more worry - free.
In addition, when test - driving the LS6, I was really shocked by the rear - wheel steering. For a driver like me who likes to drive through traffic, it gives a feeling of being able to do as I please!
Furthermore, regarding intelligent driving, during my test drive, I personally felt that it was more comfortable than that of the Zeekr 007 GT, and the system seemed more mature compared with that of the XPeng G6. Judging from the salesperson's confidence in intelligent driving, IM is better.
??Appearance evaluation
Some people say the appearance of the LS6 is ugly while others say it's good - looking. I still like it, especially the front face. I like the front of the car that looks broad visually, and the round shape is especially attractive to girls. The rear of the car also has a rice - cracker - style design, which not only adds points to the interior space but also has intelligent lighting! The key is that these lights are standard! When I first picked up the car, in the parking state, it was like a dynamic puppy, and the kids danced around the rear of the car following the "puppy" for a long time.
??Interior
1. Half - spoke steering wheel. Before choosing the car, I was also worried about whether I could get used to it. During the test drive, I even grabbed the steering wheel with an empty hand when making a U - turn, but the feeling of not blocking the screen was also great. Coupled with the´øÓã screen, the view is excellent! Later, when I picked up the car, I didn't¾À½á anymore and finally chose the half - spoke steering wheel. Now, after driving for half a month, I don't feel any discomfort.
2. Fish - tail screen. At first, I was a bit regretful that this car didn't have a HUD. Later, after trying a colleague's car with a HUD, I found that the HUD display was not very clear, and it seemed to distract me while driving. After the test drive, I found that it was much more convenient to see the lane lines on the fish - tail screen dashboard! It seems that this is what reflects the practicality of driving.
3. Seats. I mainly focus on the heating and ventilation functions, while my husband really likes the massage function.
4. Space. After all, it's a car nearly 5 meters long. Needless to say, when there are people sitting in the back row, the front seats can be reclined very comfortably!
??Driving experience
1. Comfort. For me, who is used to driving a Honda fuel - powered car, its passing ability and comfort when passing over speed bumps are much better than that of the Honda. Especially when turning, there is hardly any obvious left - right swaying!
2. Noise. When driving in the city, the noise inside the car is very small, almost imperceptible! Compared with the 7X we've tried, its noise - reduction ability is much stronger, and it's far better than my original Honda.
3. Handling. The rear - wheel steering is really amazing. I was very worried that I couldn't drive a nearly 5 - meter - long car, but after getting the hang of it, I found that lane - changing is very flexible! It's extremely smooth! In the narrow - lane areas on my way to work, its turning performance is simply amazing. I can't help but highly praise it to my colleagues.
4. Intelligent driving. For a "veteran driver" like me who has been driving for 8 years, intelligent driving is actually not necessary. From the time I picked up the car until now, we only fully activated the intelligent - driving function during the May Day holiday. My husband tried driving on the highway for more than a hundred kilometers, and he also felt that its performance was amazing. For my recently sprained foot, using intelligent driving occasionally in the city can let my injured foot rest, which is also a very convenient function. Especially the one - click parking function makes parking much more worry - free for me.
5. Charging. Since we have a fixed parking space in my parents' community, we installed a home charging pile. When we go back to my parents' place on weekends and charge the car to 80%, there is no problem with commuting for a week.
6. Operating system. I've used it for half a month. Except that the automatic recognition and opening of the Bluetooth key may be delayed in the basement with poor signal, it's very convenient and fast at other times.
7. Voice assistant. I think it's similar to Apple's Siri. There are no obvious highlights, but it doesn't always have problems either. It has no highlights but is not annoying! I'm looking forward to the experience after it's connected to DeepSeek and supports custom wake - up words!
There's a very interesting function. When you meet another IM car on the road, it will automatically say hello. Every time it says hi on the road, it feels like meeting a friend. Hahaha!
